Packaging of liquids

Packaging is the final stage of preparing goods for sale. When pouring liquid products, the process is quite complex.  It requires experience in preparing a bottling line and, at a later stage, storing it in appropriate conditions and rooms.

Liquid packaging and labeling

The use of appropriate packaging in this case is crucial. We most often use jars, glass or plastic bottles, cans, buckets, canisters and various types of metal packaging made of glass and plastic.

Packaging should, first of all, properly protect the liquid contained in it from leaking out. They have a protective function. It is important to comply with all regulations and standards.

Packaging influences the consumer's choice of goods. They perform a visual, aesthetic and marketing function that influences the number of sales of goods in the process of their distribution.

In trade, the product that stands out from others in its packaging often wins.

Barcodes placed on packaging help in their distribution and turnover on the goods market. In this case, the packaging has an informational function.

Confectioning of liquids - their types and properties

There are different types of liquids that can be poured. They differ mainly in their consistency and properties. These include: plant protection products, adjuvants, nutrients, BIO products, emulsions, oils, all types of liquid fertilizers, household and industrial chemicals.

Packaging liquids, especially those with higher density, can be quite a challenge. Thick liquids often tend to clot and their consistency causes sediment to form at the bottom of the tank. In such a situation, the supplied liquid should be mixed beforehand using an appropriate technique.

There are also liquid substances classified as dangerous due to their properties. In such a case, it will be necessary to create the appropriate type of machines and devices made of materials resistant to these substances.

Outsourcing liquid packaging

There are many advantages to outsourcing the packaging process to external, specialized and experienced companies, especially in the case of liquid packaging.

Full automation of the bottling line and the time of service play an important role in this process. Properly prepared stations facilitate the portioning and filling, packaging and marking processes.
